After owning it for a few months. I don't think I'm experiencing anything wrong.

I'm no HT expert, but I could not be any happier with this center channel. Even though it's discontinued by Energy, there's still a few floating around the net. I was lucky enough to pick up one online since I needed an upgrade from my previous Center Channel the Energy C-C50.
This bad boy right here sounds much better, the dialogue sounds much louder compared to the C-C50. This speaker IMO, sounds just like another sub.
Good bass, great dialog, blends well with all of Energys speakers
Cons
nothing comes to mind

For a 2-way center channel this is one of the better ones I have heard, and I am glad I have been able to own it for the past 2 years. I used to have sony speakers, and I would constantly be adjusting the dial up to hear dialog, and then down because action would be way too loud.
The C-C100 allows for great dialog of any Blu-ray movie or DVD. Dialog comes through that is audible whether in an action scene or when there is music playing. Pans from my C-300 that go through the Center channel sound perfect, there is no loss in timbre or sound. Bass is great. You get that deep sound from it, and never lose detail or a sense of the highs or dialog. I never have to adjust the volume.
clear sound, great bass, great style, amazing build quality
Cons
i have none, this speaker has been great
