New York-set drama detailing the tumultuous gay relationship between documentary filmmaker Erik (Thure Lindhardt) and the self-destructive, closeted Paul (Zachary Booth). After a brief sexual encounter, the relationship between the two men develops into an on-off eight-year affair defined by heady highs, suffocating lows and deeply dysfunctional emotional patterns.
