-bezel can get scratched and fingerprinted easily
-tray does not seem to go in when pushed; it seems you have to use the button.. this may be a good thing, to discourage you from getting fingerprints all over the nice mirrored bezel!
-doesn't burn blu-rays but this should not be an issue if you know what you are buying.
Review
Fantastic drive for the price, especially if you can catch them on sale. The price for blu-ray drives in general are still kind of high, but the nice thing about this model is that it incorporates a DVD burner with a blu-ray reader. You then do not require two separate drives, unlike buying both a blu-ray reader (such as an Acer) and a dvd burner. This is worth the bit extra if you'd like to combine both in a single high quality package. Be aware it does not burn blu-rays, but for the price, that should be obvious - generally Blu-ray burners are still at least two and a half times the price of this drive and most other blu-ray readers.
Overall, this unit is a great value for PCs as well as HTPCs. This drive is dressed to impress and more importantly, performs just as well as it looks.

Cons
Prefer a 12X Reader and teh ability to write disks..but for the price it is a great deal.

This is a great little PC drive and I am glad that I have it. I really like the PowerDVD software and I upgraded it. Blu Ray movies look fantastic on my Viewsonic LED Monitor (Better than my expensive HDTV with my Blu Ray Player).
