Switching rolls: No. There are platter systems that can hold the complete movie even long ones like Schindler's List and Braveheart. The theater screen image is from the Egyptian Theatre in los Angeles, California. I have no image from the one I saw SW in because it closed but it was similar, I even remember it more curved and yes STAR WARS in 70mm 4.1 there was awesome. An experience never forgotten.
My Lord! Is that a Norelco DP70 as your old projector? Also what theater is that picture of the UA Dimension 150 screen of? Star Wars and Dune on that thing... OH MY GOD... awesome!
