Here is all I needed:

1 - Piece of Carpet
1 - Rubber "nubbed" Floor Mat
1 -18" Round Cutting Board
4 - Wooden 9" Legs
4 - Leg Attachment Plates
1 - Box of Black Carpet Nails

I attached the leg plates that the wooden legs will screw into.

How the riser looks with the legs attached.

Here I attached the rubber mat that has lots of "nubbies" that I used under the carpet to help isolate the sub further, since it does weigh 60 lbs.

Here the rug is attached and the riser is almost complete. I just have to spay paint the legs now.

I have just finished painting the legs.

Here the legs are painted, and the the riser is almost completed, except for the small isolator pads I will attach to the bottom of each leg.

The small stiff foam isolators under each leg to further isolate the riser from the floor.

A pic of the riser under my SVS sub in my front soundstage. You can see that with the riser, my SVS sub is now higher than my T90 Polk speaker.

BTW . What is that on the floor your behind your TV stand hiding the wires? I could use something like that in my setup

Superb posting! I do have to say that I respect your love for hockey, but those hockey sticks sitting on the wall diagonally right on the top corners of your TV really bother my eyes and seem very distracting. I'd say the less stuff on the wall behind the TV - the better. That's just me. Though, I'm sure you probably watch feature films with the lights down, but I'd think they'd still be bothersome to the direct visual field. Maybe move them away from the TV somewhat? Equipment wise.. wow.. *jealous*

great job on the riser fors. Isn't it kinda fun to think that not one single speaker is touching the floor by itself? Floating sound stage, a thing of beauty.

Excellent Job,forsberg.This riser looks incredible.If I didnt know I would think it was a commercially made riser selling for $60 to $70 a piece.The risers appearance is perfect to the smallest detail.
