Only thing left is to install a light fixture where that wire is coming out.

The real cooking is done upstairs, down here it's 90% coffee.

My heavy bag and bench. Bench can adjust to incline, decline, or straight. Heavy bag is 100lbs, which is fine for home use. At the gym I use the 150lbs bags. I prefer 150lbs because I'm 160, so it's almost like working on somebody in my own weight class. I'm adding a double end bag soon, then a speed bag.

Shot showing my bench and stationary bike, plus the kitchen. I like using a bike over a treadmill because it's easier on the knees. While I don't have knee problems, I'd like to keep it that way so I can keep my foot speed. I am lord twinkle toes III.

Hello again lloyd nasty. The Denon 2311 is a very nice AVR. Denon's CI model amp sections are usually very true to the advertised ratings. If your system is primarily for movie viewing, then the AVR2311 is more than sufficient. If you are also music listening, that's when a stand alone amplification yields better performance (more detail). But for good measure, amplifying the front stage (3 channel) could also enhance your movie viewing experience, especially in the center channel performance. The dialog intelligibility will not only be improved and but more dynamic. By the way, I love your room design and the framed pictures of Ali, Graziano and Robinson.

ldgibson, Thank you for the comment. I agree Aperions are great speaker, yet somewhat power hungry. I have a Denon 2310ci which seems to have plenty of power. At one point I had a pioneer 1909, which is not an elite series. The pioneer defiantly was not up to the task of driving my speakers. While on paper the Denon and pioneer both had the same power more or less, the Denon is rated honestly while pioneer perhaps fudged some facts. Anyway, you're right, it'd be awesome with a stand alone amp, but the Denon works well. Thanks again.

Looks good. The Aperion speaker array is very impressive. If you really want your Aperion's to sing, my suggestion is to add a stand-alone amp. Clean current will do wonders for the performance. Regardless, you have a very sweet ensemble.
