Walking In:

This is a view walking in to our theater. I still have a few things to complete like red acoustic panels around the room (should really change the look), building a stage up front for the speakers and adding curtains, and finally a custom built area for the components with a candy counter. Theater Rack

Here's the rack in the theater. It's temporary until I figure out what to build to hold it all. (Uploaded Jul 14, 2009 21:52:38)

The Big Rack

Behind the screen wall is about 5 feet of space which includes this rack. Here's a shot of it before we
began construction. It's home to a few servers including the home theater PC. There's also a pretty
sweet Peavey and Crown amp in there. (Uploaded Jul 16, 2009 21:34:25)

A3-300

A shot of the A3-300. I guess it's a little different than the one they make now. I found a link to a UK
site that still has mine up there and to tell you the truth, I don't really know what this site is...maybe
an importer? The link is in my signature. (Uploaded Jul 16, 2009 21:34:46)

Do you need a roommate? I can just sleep on one of the couches here.... ;-) Simply AWESOME Home Theater TK! Incredible design, colors, decor, all of it. Only thing wrong that I can see - You don't live closer so I could come over for Movie Nite!! Great Job again my friend. I'd re-rate you an 11 as it seems someone screwed you. Sweet set-up.

Thanks brettallica! Ya, I had it perfect up until then!! haha

Dad is coming up in a month and he's gonna help me make some panels for the walls. I'll post some pics once we finish it.

I'm not sure what gosawx was thinking with their rating. That's really too bad. Then again, when you have as many 10/10 scores as you do (including the one I gave you), I guess it doesn't really matter!

This theater is great!!!!!

Yep, the Sanyo is my first, I think we got it around April '08. I just changed my bulb after about 2200+ hours.

We have the same Sanyo projector. I got mine in Nov '08 and just love it (900 hours). Is it your first projector?

Thanks again fellas! I've been dreaming about a home theater for many years and we finally got a great rate on a refinance to finish the basement.
My wife and I each got an extra 5K out for her bar and my theater. Mine was basically sucked up by the projector, speakers/sub, receiver and screen.
I've been adding the other stuff one by one for about a year now.
