So we just bought this beauty and we're super excited about it! It's our first home and we couldn't be happier!

So our new house has a living room/dining room/kitchen all in a big open space...which was a pretty big hang up for me at first...but my wife and I loved the rest of the house so we pulled the trigger with the agreement that one day the garage would be a dedicated space for the theater!

SPEAKERS: FRONT: Polk Audio Monitor 40s. CENTER: Polk Audio CS1. REAR: Polk Audio T15. SUB: Polk Audio PSW505 12" powered subwoofer.
POWER: Monster Home Theater Surge Protection JP800

Awesome setup ! I just got the same Panny plasma myself,did you get yours at Sam's Club ?just wondering i think its exclusive to them.For the price,the picture is tough to beat.

Dude I'm jealous of you. You have the DKR Mondo Print. I was going to get it and decided not to. Big mistake. I wanted to tell you the news. We are closing on a house finally!!! Even better I'm getting a dedicated HT room!!! It's a little bit difficult because of the ceiling being slanted but I know I can work with it.

The garage/theater conversion is probably still a few years out...we have alot of stuff we want to get done prior to starting on that project!

Thanks. Do you have any set date to start on your garage? Thats exactly what our theater used to be. A garage, then a bedroom, then a man cave, then a livingroom, and now our theater. We just love it!!! Nothing like watching movies in your own theater. Good luck on yours. Ill keep checking back.

Congratulations on your new home purchase. I'm guessing that with your plan to make your garage into a home theatre that your home doesn't have a basement? If it does have a basement then I would suggest building a room in the basement for your home theatre as that is what I did. If no basement then a double garage which is usually 20' x 24' would be sweet. You could replace the garage door with a beautiful big window to ascent your home. Either way regardless what you do you'll get a great room for movie watching enjoyment. Cobra
