Awesome Twitch! That AE4000 is the best bang for the buck projector out there, fantastic choice. And as I have said before, I love the look of that room. The way you utilized the acoustic treatments as also "wall art" looks fantastic! 10+!!
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the great comments on the HT, i am really enjoying the PJ, it really made the whole room come together as i first envisioned it when i started the build.
One word: Flawless! What a beautiful room. And you make a strong argument regarding my philosophy when it comes to what a true home theater is. My stand is only when a room is dedicated, a front projector is used and a screen of at least 80" is mounted, does a room qualify as a Home Theater! You my forum brother have flipped that line of thinking on it's head! Using the flat panel in this instance is not only acceptable but, arguably the best application. Due to the room's size, it works, plus you've completely removed the need for bulb replacement that all projectors require! Now could you go front projection?! Of course! But, you get a mulligan! The flat panel looks great! And the room treatments are superbly applied. Bravo!
