After 12 months of searching off and on I finally found what I was looking for, this unit has an inbuilt tv stand that allowed me to accommodate the CMC2 centre without issue.

Thanks for the comments guys, Tech-UK - no there was a power amp there its now gone, still looking for a new one at the moment. As for the cabinet its rubbish I hate it and it constantly falls apart even after multiple re glues screws and hammers :P its also on the shopping list to be updated .

Great setup! Nice Marantz gear. Have you got any components in the right of your cabinet? Just one thing that you could do to improve you setup, is to put your cabinet together a bit better, from the pics I can see wooden pegs and uneven draws. Apart from that, its nice.

Hello again Asrgt. I'm not knowledgeable of your exact location in Australia, but I do believe Furman Sound products are available/compatible in the Australian market. A fellow member who lives down under uses a Furman SPR-16E i STABLE POWER AC VOLTAGE REGULATOR Franin: http://www.blu-ray.com/community/gallery.php?member=Franin1&folderid=5841 Franin also uses the Belkin PureAV Power Center, another fine choice.

@kevon: The average surge protector or power strip offers little protection and doesn't filter or clean contaminated power at all. This guy has B&W and Marantz gear which are fairly large investments. So if he is in the kitchen using the blender, I don't think he wants that interfering with his amps. That's my 2 cents. Great looking set up btw. Keep it up.

Power conditioners are a good investment when your home has a power surge and your system is plug to just a wall outlet you will wish you brought one, good for people with highend gear, paradigm, b&w,

Before buying a power conditioner, do some research first about these things. We've been conditioned ..( no pun).. to believe we need these things but for high power amplifiers the damn wall socket is good enough.

Hello asrgt. My suggestion for a power center, considering your current equipment and the future acquisition of mono blocks, is the Furman Elite-20 PF i power center. Thanks all, ldgibson currently there is no power conditioning on the system , when i get the mono blocks i am planning i will look into it some more but i just haven't found the need for such a unit yet. Any recommendations are welcome.
