buttkicker mounted to the frame of my berkline recliners. only my front row has them for the time being. i want all chairs to have them, but i need 3 more transducers and another amp(1 amp will do 4 transducers max)DO NOT have the $$$ to do the rear right now. doesnt really matter though, its very rare that more than 2 chairs are filled at a time...

binders were marking up my discs, and i have NO room for all the cases in my ht room, so i picked this baby up!
I read in your thread that you and your Dad built this room from scratch. All I can say is WOW! What a beautiful room. I love the way you built-in the screen. Very impressive!
yes, i do have two different materials for my chairs. it wasnt planned that way, but i originally only had 4, then when i planned out how i wanted to do the room it called for 2 more chairs. i took the tags off the bottom and called EVERY place until i found someone who had the ones i did, put the order in and they came. the guy swore up and down that they would be exact, when i called he then told me the material that my original ones are made of is discontinued!! doesnt bother me at all though, they are atleast the same chairs themselves. plus anybody that has been in there has not noticed, they dont stand out in person like they do in a pic, i guess because of the camera flash...Thank you
You also have a beautiful room! I love all of the woodwork on the walls...very classy. It looks like from the pictures that your back row of seats are a mixture of two suede and one leather? Is this right? If so...that's a nice touch! I haven't seen that before. Overall a wonderful thearer!! I hope you enjoy your's as much as I enjoy mine! :-)
That's a beautiful setup. Nice equipment, comfortable seating and very classy-looking woodwork.
You did it right too with the black curtain in back to minimize light bouncing back from the screen. I'm planning to do a front projector setup this year and that is one idea I'm contemplating.
