It's hard to get a feel for your speaker layout. Is that your center speaker on the mantle to the right of the TV? If so, how do you like it being to the side like that?

Interesting, I've always thought Sony Television were very good. It's about a year old, and there's been no problem with it.

I used to have that very same Sony HTiB. The HDMI inputs went out when it was less than a year old.... which prompted my journey into non HTiB setups.

Love the TV. That's the one I wanted but couldn't afford at the time. Still, the 3000 series gets the job done. Nice TV stand also.

Man, that is a really wide widescreen haha. I would comment on your speaker placement, but I have no idea where the seating area is relative the the pictures. I will say two things though -- I'd suggest getting a nice little rack for the Blu-ray movies and stuff, just so you can grab them without knocking over the pile. And also I'd highly suggest getting everything off of your subwoofer that is easy to move around, because it could hurt the discs and also it could great some annoying vibration sounds. Other than that, it's a nice setup.
