Thanks very much for the positive feedback! I've thought about acoustic treatments, but I'm very happy with how the system sounds so I'm not really in a hurry (not yet, anyway) to go that route.
Agree with dkjest - very nice but could sound even more impressive with acoustic treatment. So nice- I'm jealous of your audio equipment for sure. cheers!
Very nice. It's clear you have good taste and a good budget. Might I suggest some small room treatments to really enhance the sound of those paradigms? Some sound-absorbing panels on the side walls might really bring some clarity to your music. Other than that, looks very awesome.
A well thought out room. Excellent job my friend. I love the entire setup. Good choice on the speakers and the big emo. The dual Chases must fill the room eloquently and with a lot of slam. I'm sure it doesn't get boring at your place on those winter nights.

It's more of a light mocha - I guess the bright lighting threw off my camera's white balance. It gives the basement some warmth and, since it's the same colour pattern that's used in the main and upper floors of the house, it kind of "brings the upstairs into the basement" and makes it feel more like a regular part of the home than, well, a basement.
