Everything in life is a compromise and this HT setup is certainly no exception. Main
compromises/limitations in this setup are:

1. Budget.
2. Living room limitations.
3. Last but certainly not least, girlfriend requests/demands

Will eventually get a projector and a really big screen, but that have to wait for now

Limitation #3 maxed size at 50"

Back side removed but pre-frame violation

Pioneer VSX-1018AH now fits like a gloooove.. ideal setup!

Backside of the Pioneer VSX-1018AH, had to violate the TV bench quite a bit for ventilation and to fit
the receiver and cables. PS3 to the left of the receiver.

Everything connected except surround speakers.

KEF KHT3005SE. Maybe not optimal setup, but discrete.

Pioneer Kuro PDP-LX5090H, KEF KHT3005SE. PS3 and Pioneer VSX-1018AH hidden but accessible by
SR+ and Bluetooth. Subwoofer "hidden" to the left.

Works well despite the limited space (so far ). Probably partly thanks to the receiver not being very hot. Limitation/compromise #3 is the main reason for this solution

Thanks for the comments! The floor is indeed pine and it's actually the original floor from the 1920s, just that it's been restored and treated with some white-ish enamel. The KEF speakers are also awesome, I'm far from an audio expert, but even I could hear a huge difference between those speakers and cheaper speakers, there's a much wider audio spectrum or whatever you call it so it was a no-brainer
