For your 2:35 screen do you use an anamorphic lens or do you do the zoom trick with the panasonic? I've read with those panasonics they have lens position memory so you can zoom and cast the black bars off the screen instead of using an anamorphic lens.
Very nice HT you have bud. That's my next big purchase( projector&screen) Wish we lived a little closer so I could get a demo because I'm sure it sounds awesome! Great job!!!
Amazing set-up!!! I'm really liking the color scheme and decor. The homemade acoustic panels look awesome. Dual subs must rock the HT room. I had a question for you. What's the name of the paint you used on the walls? Since I have light gray carpet I'm thinking light gray walls just might look good in my HT. Thanks for sharing.
I don't believe when I saw your theater in 2/2010, there was a dual screen setup. Looks like a recent addition? Makes a lot of sense and theare are so many benefits (balanced ARs, and flush ceiling mount). I've always wondered why more people don't use it. So easy to do and yet solves problems that everyone struggles with. Awesome room!
Nice and clean- Sound treatments look very similar to my theater only mine are more plain (black speaker cloth). What did you use to cover the treatments???
Great looking setup Mark. I thought I left a comment here, but I guess not. I really like the decor and the seating with the Theater Seats and sofa in the back, all in black. Looks sleek and sexy. Love the Polks as well.
I have those same polk speakers. Where did you find those wall brackets. I need something with a tilt down, without drilling anything I have no idea about drilling speakers.. Please, my e-mail is ponzone99@yahoo.com
This is a great theater room. Your equipment choices are excellent (from the Panny pj to the Polk speakers). You did the right thing with the black back wall and darker room colors. The monochrome look is very attractive. Great job.
The color schemes really tie everything together. Where did you get your acoutic panels, eps, the fabric cover? The patterns on it make them very unique from those solid color ones. Very nice!
