This is the current configuration I have them in now. I purchased too many chairs before the room was built.

10 6 inch can lights controlled by this switch. Each switch controls a set of two lights.

This room has its own 16 seer 1 1/2 ton A/C unit.

12AWG speaker wire, Clean cut Tech Flex, GLS Audio Locking Banana Plugs

I think this is the first time I've seen an upstairs/attic home theater. Yours is amazing in every way including those special touches like wiring and separate air condition system just for the theater. Definitely a 10/10!

Very nice man, seriously, and I saw this on Youtube too but i've a few tips for you and if you do these thing it will be like getting a hole new upgraded system! First, I would move on of those subs to the back of the room. Push the surround speakers at least as far away from you as the fronts. Last, and the most important, is treating your room! Pick-up some sound dampening materials and have at it. Most people underestimate how important this is until they make it happen. They'll never go back to bare walls. Dont forget the bass traps too! Dont buy "foam" bass traps because they dont work at all for bass.
