This is my simple setup. Got 3 components, 7.1 surround sound, and a 52" TV. The two Polk Audio R150's on the top self are for show and are not hooked up.

Silver box is my Cable box from Cablevision HD DVR, then my PS3 Controler, next my PS3 80 gig. Underneath is my Denon 2809ci, and my two Polk Audio RT251's.

JBL PSW D110

Surround Backs are Polk Audio satellite speakers from a box set. Beleive the model is RM6000.

Surround Left and right are from the box set as well.

My custom floor to ceiling book self for my 681 DVD's and Blu-Ray's.

Forgot the brand of couch, but it is very comfortable as you can see my dog Ringo enjoys it as well.

One thing you could do is get some speakers stands for your front left and right speakers. That way you could move them out away from the TV and also raise them closer to the level of your center speaker, that should improve your front soundfield. Also, those R150's that aren't hooked up might make a nice upgrade over your current right and left surround speakers.

If anyone could give me some tips on how to make this better, that would be great. I know I have to dust a bit, but try to understand that when you have a dog like mine, everyday is a chore for dust. LOL Also I know there are lots of things I could do, but my imagination only goes too far.

Great gear...keep us updated with the upgrades. Just one thing tho........... swifer duster can be your friend! My allergies acted up just from the pics. :-) j/k. I also like the movie reel ornament on the wall. Looks familiar!
