Thank you for all of the comments. It's been a while since I've been on the site so I apologize for not responding.
I was a first adopter of most of my gear so it is very old now. :-( I'm sure you can find much better gear now-a-days.
- The projector is a Sony VPL-VW50 (the Perl).
- The mains are Infinity Beta 50's and surrounds are all Infinity Beta ES250's.
- The Sub woofer was a custom job so no model numbers. It had to be custom because of the space I had to work with in the wall.
- The Receiver is a Harmon Kardon AVR 745
- The Blu-Ray player is the Sony SD-1. (Very slow loading movies).
- Unfortunately I can't remember where I got the seats. :-(
My family uses the theater all of the time. We never go out to the movies anymore if we can help it. It's so much better to watch movies at home. Plus, sporting events and video games are a blast with the neighbors.
An incredible home theater. To begin with, the room is just huge. With 5 seat in a row, you still have that much space on the sides. The screen wall is fantastic, very clean, and professional looking. Esp. like the shadow box, anchoring well the screen. The surrounds look so beefy. I guess they are Klipsch? What is your projector?
Wow......This reminds me of a hollywood screening room...... Very corporate and very professional.....Meaning clean and purposeful....great job there......awesome furnishings . I'm a big fan of Harman/Kardon also :-) . Check out my theaters when you have the chance
Very nice seating, like the room color too. The projector outlet makes the entire "theatre" look believable! You did a great job! What kind of speakers and gear do you have?
that is one sweet setup. Man would I love to bring a ps3 over to your place and hook it up. 4 player split screen call of duty in there would be amazing, especially with those seats!
