Actually, yes ... yes it does. Star Wars has so much LFE, especially on the Darth Star and the low hum of the Star Destroyer at the beginning. You really do need 2 subs to truly appreciate the amazing sound in Star Wars.

STUNNING theatre, and the best entranceway I've seen - the signage is REALLY well done and the lightsabrs are a stroke of genius Also love the look of those Harry Potter steelbooks - never paid much attention to steelbooks, but I feel a conversion coming... Sorry I can't rate your theatre - I'm too new a member - but I give it a 10+/10 in spirit!

The sound is amazing. The LFE rocks, but is tight. Star Wars OT was wicked cool, heard LFE on the blu-ray's I never heard before. So awesome. Music just thunders too. Very happy.

Thanks man, just in case anyone was wondering, in regards to the overflow seating, its obviously only when we have over 5 people (which is pretty rare). The two extra chairs slide out from the sides to provide the bonus seating. When done they simple slide back out of the way. It actually works out pretty well, since the seats fold down and become compressed, and pretty much hide along the walls. Very convenient and unobtrusive. They also store stuff in the under carriage of them, like manuals, remotes ... etc ... I never took pics of that setup mode, until I used it for the Star Wars marathon. Man was that fun. The second sub also made the show that much more amazing.

I got the theater signs done by a guy on E-bay bettersigns and they were all custom made. You tell him what you want and its $10 a sign. They are all acrylic and look like the real thing. I used industrial Velcro to apply on the walls. That way I can remove the signs and switch them around, or change them out when equipment changes. I got the cabinets, all 10 of them from Ikea. Then attached them together to sort of create this giant cabinet system. They use to sell for over $100 each, but no one bought them so the discontinued them. Like all things discontinued at Ikea, there was a super discounted sale on the remaining items, so I got them for like $15-20 each. The only place I have seen them pop up is on Kijij and craigslist from time to time. Usually selling for $20. I think most people now just go with the Ikea Billy Bookshelf with glass doors. Looks good and keeps the dust off, and holds a ton of blu-rays/dvds.

Love your theater room. I had looked in at some point in the construction gallery, but now seeing the final product, it's awesome! The room looks so comfortable. Great choice of gear too. Plus, you have the BEST posters! Especially the matte posters, would love to know where you came across some of those. I hesitate to hang posters in my theater due to reflections, but those would solve that. Plus - Big Trouble In Little China! One of my favorite movies of all time! Also the light boxes (and light sabers!) are amazing. The staggering display of collectibles speaks for itself as well. Just an all around great job!!
