This utility updates the BDP-S350 firmware to version 020.
Please read the firmware update instructions before updating.
This utility updates the BDP-S350 firmware to version 020 and provides the following benefits:
* Adds slow and freeze frame functions during Blu-ray Disc and DVD playback.
* Improves compatibility to enhance interactivity with some BD-ROMs.
Benefits provided by previous updates and included in version 020:
* Improved BD-Live performance to enhance interactivity.
* Adds BD-Live functionality.
o BD-Live allows you to enjoy additional content and services while playing a BD-Live capable disc.
o For optimal performance, we recommend that you use a Broadband Internet connection to access BD-Live content and services.
o BD-Live content and services require external USB flash memory (sold separately) for local storage.
* Improved sensitivity to the Remote Commander® signal while the player is in stand-by mode. |

The 020 version popped up on Sony's webpage recently.
I'm from Australia and when I tried for a network update, it told me my machine was already up to date with the 019 version. Does this mean that the 020 firmware update is only for US model S350s? |

My S350 just recently upgraded to whatever is the latest. Took em 5 months. No news whats in the new Firmware?? Figured there'd be a new one not long after Samsung and the S350 and S360 both had new firmware. |
