Good Picture
The video quality is fantastic. Bright, sharp, not very grainy. Charlize Theron's eyes glitter! So purdy. Outside scenes are bright and colorful. Extremely clear. I didn't like the one tone color in the ship, makes pic quality dull and grainy.

grain!
i thought the pq was top notch,maybe on a 100'' display i'd see the flaws.
this is one of the better bd discs to date.as far as grain,thats part of film,happens all the time.
even a 70mm print will have grain in it. |

I love you
I have to say i don't really like this movie but for some reason I've ended up watching it many times. I was a regular watcher of Liquid Television growing up and def enjoyed seeing the AF episodes, but I really think this is something that should have been left alone. Maybe if it had been darker and more like the show I might feel differently. I think whomever did the set and costume designs for this must have also worked on Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey. For real. I kinda kept expecting them to pop out somewhere. Overall though the BD is nice and the picture looks fantastic. My recommendation to anyone on the fence about this: Its worth watching this poor adaptation of a slightly old and nostalgic cartoon in full HD just to see Charlize Theron jumping around in very tight leather (or substitute) for two hours. Seriously. You even get some side boob. |

It was a good film
I wouldn't say it's for the die-hard fans of the anime series. I consider it set a part from it. However it was decent. The Video and audio was awesome. The extras were pretty ok too. As I said before, if you're a hard core fan of the anime series, I wouldn't say I would not recommend it, but I wouldn't say it's canon to the anime series. HOWEVER I'd still recommend it to everyone who is a fan of action films. |

I liked
This was one of my 1st bluray's. I love the movie! As far as video it was okay some spots in the movie like the grass scene was awesome but other times i just thought it looked a bit grainy. The sound was good. Overall if you just have to have it then get it  |

Great movie but could of been greater as far as quality goes
I totally agree with what movies3 said the audio was good the movie was awesome but not enough detail in the PQ. Some scenes looked pretty good and then there were times that it would look all weird and crappy. I will say if you loved the Aeon Flux series at all or just thought about seeing this or maybe to just help Paramount go back to Blu-Ray then you should pick this up but if you are more interested in PQ then forget it unless you really liked this movie |
