Tom Cruise at his best
One of my favorite Tom Cruise/ Action movies on BD. The PQ is great with hardley any grain. The audio is fantastic and their are extras too! A must buy!

Third mission is a charm...........
right from the start MI-3 feels like a different movie. The pre-credit sequence is quite intense. Ofcourse it's old fashioned in that what takes place after is all the events leading back to that scene. Director JJ Abrams brings a more personal story of Ethan Hunt then we've seen before. This film also has better use of the team effort. Action is fine, and the story moves along with interesting characters throughout. Is it the best of the trilogy, not really. All in all this is a fine entry in the series or as it seems now the last, but never say never, right. This blu edition is in far better shape then it's predosessors. PQ is clean, there is some grain, but I think that's part of the look Abrams was going for, AQ once again dosen't rock the boat, but holds up well. The extra's are standard at best, but at least there is more to offer on this disc then the other two films. I can recommend this release mission with sound authority if you choose to accept it. |

I thought this movie was great, I love Philip Seymour Hoffman and the story was good. Not a big fan
of Cruise but it is worth to watch |

Great movie, weak espectations
This movie really is top notch... great action and suspense, but as for the quality as a BD, not the expectations I had in mind. Good PQ and AQ though/ not the best but... |

Picture/video is impressive altough not the best I have seen. Audio is only Dolby Digital which is a major disappointment even more so because it is very harsh.
LFE is not really deep. |

Worth a look
Let's get this out of the way, I am an agent of Xenu: I hate Tom Cruise, and scientology is a scam. The movie is a pretty good action flick though. The picture is very grainy at times, and quite a few scenes are badly compressed. And finally, Maggie Q is lovely. |

Stay clear of the BD trilogy!
I enjoyed all three of the films in this trilogy but the BD presentation just is not up to par. Worth a
rental but I hear the HD dvd version is better. |

Underwhelmed
The movie was entertaining, though it was just more of the same in the trilogy. The plot wasn't earthshaking, it was very MI predictable.
PQ was just ok. Virtually the whole movie is dark, and the image seems a bit flat, you just don't get a 3D feeling. The image is ever so soft and colors just don't pop out at you.
AQ was a little disappointing. The movie seemed very front heavy, with a very clear and dynamic sound. The surrounds just weren't used properly. They were hit and miss, with many instances where I was expecting them to be used, but just not there. There were moments when the surrounds were correctly used, but not enough to wow me. LFE was very good. |
