A classic movie, a must-have Blu-ray!
This is one of those movies that never gets old, and if you haven't seen it on Blu-ray, it'll seem BRAND NEW. The transfer is awesome, and you would never think this movie was over a year old, much less 10 years! If you haven't picked it up yet, grab it ASAP, as it's worth every penny. |

Spectacular
The Fifth Element has always been one of those movies to sport the best visual and audio quality. That's why then negative feedback surrounding first release of this film on Blu-Ray surprised me so much. Thankfully, the Remastered version is everything that The Fifth Element should be. The picture is simply fantastic and the audio is as well. If you are a fan of The Fifth Element or you need a good Blu-Ray, look no further than this disc. |

If you seen it in SD, but not in 1920x1080P High Definition you MUST get this movie! The picture is the best quality along with the sound. |

"Big badda boom."
When I first saw this movie, it just blew me away. For its time, the action and special effects were phenomenal, the production design was very original (albiet a little similar to movies like "Blade Runner" or "Judge Dredd"), the dialogue was hip and witty, the visual style was great, and the music is great. These days, I can't help but to think that this movie is pretty goofy. But, it is still wildly entertaining, and I consider it a classic.
The disc has great video and sound quality; you can really see the details of the digital effects and hear the unique sounds clearly. The only extra is a trivia track (really dissapointing since there was a 2-disc DVD that had about 2 hours of features; I kept it with this Blu-Ray disc). |

It's okay.
I thought this movie was alright. This movie didn't deserve alot of rewards though. Chris Tucker was pretty funny though. |

You haven't seen the Fifth Element until you see it on BD
I was blown away all over again.
This is an adventure from start to finish. The transfer quality is excellent. Crystal clear picture takes years off of this film.
The sound follows with awesome quality. The sound FX will really push your HT speakers.

AMAZING IN BLU
I bought this today at Target for $14.99 and worth every penny if not more. A classic that will remain a classic for times to come. PQ was fantastic with the exception of some soft spots on faces that I noticed but nothing to cry over. AQ was great to. Extras if only there were some maybe some deleted scenes or the making of fifth element but perhaps there will be a speacial edition or directors cut or an anniversary edition to come. So just buy it and you will be amazed. |

What A Blu Ray Beauty
The story or plot line is believable and at times it is downright funny. All the actors play the parts quite well. My favorite just has to be Tiny Lester as The President. But what really makes this a gem, is the video and audio period !!!! I have seen the movie on both dvd and the first release on blu ray, but the remaster blu ray is reference quality. So far I have watched this movie three times with friends and family and everyone says the same thing "got to go get this one now" or "now I know why I need to buy a home theater set-up".
If you want a GREAT blu ray take out that piece of plastic in your wallet or purse and buy this one.
PS be sure to get the remastered version. |

Truly Unique
This is wonderful movie, one of the most unique movies I've ever seen. The PQ and AQ are outstanding. Why can't make other 10-15 year old movies look and sound this good? |

very good for how old it is
i didnt expect much in PQ from this movie because its so old, but i was happily surprised. in some shots the PQ is GREAT and nearly comparable to, my top favorites in PQ, Shoot Em Up and Swordfish. some shots where grainy however but understandable. i also didnt expect much from the movie itself, yes a little corny but this movie pulled it off and had me laffing and entertained throughout the whole thing. maybe not a must buy but better then a rental |

Fun moive
Very clean & lots of rich colors.
It been a long time since I have seen this movie & there a few short sences that I did not remember ever seeing. This tranfer is very clean with good detail & the sound very good. |

Great Picture!
No doubt this is the best 'Fifth Element' has and probably ever will look on home video. The special effects stand out well in HD, and the futuristic New York landscape and it's activities and flying cars are sight to behold. Very, very impressed by this Blu-ray disc! |
