Posted December 19, 2012 03:21 PM by Webmaster

ParamountParamount Pictures has released the first trailer for director Michael Bay's (Bad Boys, The Rock) upcoming film Pain & Gain (2013), starring Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Ed Harris, and Rebel Wilson. Pain & Gain will open in theaters across the United States on April 26th.

The film tells the story of two bodybuilders in Florida whose lives change dramatically when they get caught up in an extortion ring and a kidnapping scheme.

"Teal and Orange" would have been a better title.

I've been hoping Will and Mikey would kiss, make up and do BAD BOYS III for years (especially after the hot mess that is REVENGE OF THE FALLEN). After watching the trailer, I'm thinking maybe this is it just with a different name . . .

If David Fincher is God (and he is!), then Michael Bay is the anti-Fincher.

Poor Mark Wahlberg, for everything good he does (The Fighter, Ted) he does 5 junkers (Contraband, The Happening, this.)

I am tired of the Michael Bay haters......he makes excellent movies that not only entertain, but are funny and usually heartwarming in a way.......Pain & Gain looks like no exception!

Look's nice! The cinematography is very similar to the Bad Boys movies -- Like it!

@ aiman04: There is a difference between a Transformers movies were 80% of the scenes in the movie has huge special effects and a gangster/action movie

He directs reallygood action (most of th time when you can tell whats happening), the comedy is lame though and usually falls real flat , i wish he would stay away from that.
His best movie was The Rock

@Morsoth - I know, that's my point. We could only have one explosion and one car wreck, in a Michael Bay movie.

I've heard Mark Wahlberg talks to a rock in this one.

Bay's films usually have good action scenes but dreadful acting in them. He needs to study Jim Cameron, Ridley Scott and Christopher Nolan. They direct great action and get stellar performances from their actors as well.

@ToolDown: Cool down!

@The Bluray King: What is "... we will camping ..."? Are you using a translator program, or are you incapable of proper speech? Please advise. Thank you.
