XLrator Media is loosing director Corey Grant's Bigfoot: The Lost Coast Tapes onto Blu-ray on February 5, 2013. The found-footage horror film is the first to be released under XLrator's Macabre label -- which CEO Barry Gordon says will focus on "vampire clans, zombies, mystery hunters, killer hillbillies, even Sasquatch!" -- and stars Drew Rausch, Rich McDonald, Ashley Wood, Noah Weisberg and Frank Ashmore.
After a self-proclaimed "Bigfoot Hunter" claims to possess the body of a dead Sasquatch, a disgraced investigative journalist stakes his comeback -- and the lives of his documentary film crew -- on uncovering irrefutable evidence of the deception and proving the find to be a hoax. Nothing, though, can prepare anyone for the terror they encounter, a creature long thought a myth. Seeing is believing.
XLrator has yet to reveal exact tech specs or special features.
This was awful!!!! Why oh why can't anyone make a good Bigfoot movie?? Why after all these years is the Legend of Boggy Creek still the best Bigfoot movie?? And that ain't saying much.
Sadly this is another found footage film that is so bad they put the only good scene in the film on the cover of the disc! Once you have seen the cover there is no need to watch the actual film because you have just seen it.
