Anchor Bay Films has announced the Blu-ray release of first-time feature film director Harold Guskin's Down the Shore, a story of tough New Jersey families and friends starring James Gandolfini (The Sopranos, Zero Dark Thirty), Famke Janssen (X-Men, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters), Joe Pope (Tinsel Town) and Eduardo Costa (Live Free or Die Hard). The dramatic thriller arrives on Blu-ray on April 9th, after an exclusive theatrical engagement on April 5th.
Official Synopsis: Set on the Jersey Shore, the lives of three childhood friends begin to unravel when a deadly secret from their past is revealed. The Blu-ray release will feature a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 surround track. Full tech specs and special features have yet to be detailed.
