StudioCanal have sent us a trailer for their upcoming Blu-ray release of director Keoni Waxman's action thriller Maximum Conviction (2012), starring Steven Seagal, Steve Austin, and Michael Paré. The release will be available for purchase on March 18th.
When former Black Ops Operative Tom Steele (Seagal) and his partner Manning (Austin) are assigned to decommission an old prison, they must oversee the arrival of two mysterious female prisoners. Before long, an elite force of mercenaries assaults the prison in search of the new arrivals. As the true identities of the women are revealed, Steele realises he is caught in the middle of something far bigger than he ever imagined.
Michael Pare' would be the only reason to give this a look. Seagal is totally fat and washed up, and Steve Austin is better when he doesn't open his mouth.
