Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will bring to Blu-ray director Ed Gass-Donnelly's The Last Exorcism Part II (2012), starring Ashley Bell, Julia Garner, and Spencer Treat Clark. The release will be available for purchase online and in stores across the United States on June 18th.
Continuing where the first film left off, Nell Sweetzer (Ashley Bell) is found terrified and alone in rural Louisiana. Back in the relative safety of New Orleans, Nell realizes that she can't remember entire portions of the previous months only that she is the last surviving member of her family. Just as Nell begins the difficult process of starting a new life, the evil force that once possessed her is back with other, unimaginably horrific plans that mean her last exorcism was just the beginning.

How can there be a Last Exorcism part 2? That would mean the first movie was not the Last Exorcism, it was the second to last exorcism. I Still Know What You Did Last Summer should have been called, I Know What You Did the Summer Before Last. I don't like stupid, nonsensical movie titles. I don't even know how they did 3 Never Ending Story movies, it never ends, shouldn't there be more?
@Chaotic, I didn't actually watch either one of these movies, so I am out of my element. But based off the stupid titles, I think a lot of people that haven't seen these movies thought the same thing as me.
Chaotic, thanks for explaining that so we don't get a bunch of other people saying the same thing :P. I swear that's all you would see in the comments on any news regarding the sequel or in the comments section of YouTube videos for it.
Anyway, the first was so great and refreshingly different until it was ruined by an awful ending. The sequel looks alright so I'll give it a rent.
