In the stylized television epic Spartacus, creator Steven S. DeKnight (Smallville) takes a graphically explicit look at how Spartacus (played in Blood and Sand by Andy Whitfield, Gabriel, and by Liam McIntyre, The Pacific, in Vengeance through War of the Dammed), an enslaved Thracian warrior, fundamentally disrupted the corrupt Roman empire.
@Lodz, agreed. This is a really good price, but surely Starz is going to release a nice box set with all of these with even more extras and swag. Starz is re-airing these now un-cut with extra footage, would like to see that in a full set.
I remember I quit watching Spartacus after 3 episodes of season 1 because of the excessive male nudity so I will pass this show. The Clint Eastwood deal is interesting because I have not seem most of his movies.
