Star Trek Enterprise: Season Four Blu-ray

Posted December 28, 2013 01:55 AM by Webmaster

ParamountParamount Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray release of Star Trek: Enterprise - Season Four and issued a trailer for the set. The series' fourth season stars Scott Bakula, Jolene Blalock, Connor Trinneer, Dominic Keating, John Billingsley, Anthony Montgomery and Linda Park, and arrives on April 1, 2014.

Synopsis: In the harrowing final season of Star Trek: Enterprise, timelines collide as Captain Jonathan Archer continues to lead the exploration into the unknown, as well as rally support to form a coalition of planets in an attempt to prevent intergalactic war. In a season rife with danger and suspense, both Starfleet and the crew of the Enterprise are put to the test as they encounter genetically engineered humans, deal with an alternate "mirror" universe, and confront the extremist organization known as Terra Prime - a sinister cartel that's determined to put an end to humanity's mission of galactic exploration. Rising to the challenges facing them, Commander Tucker, Lieutenant Reed, Ensigns Sato and Mayweather, Sub-Commander T'Pol and Dr. Phlox all come together in support of their Captain in his effort to defend the galaxy, and lay the foundation for the United Federation of Planets.

Season Four features 1080p video and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. Paramount has yet to detail bonus content, although new, never-before-seen extras are confirmed to be a part of the set.

I may get all these if there is a price drop on a package deal, but not terribly interested right now. DS9 would be great, but TNG Season 6 is the first set where there has been no release date planned at the time the previous season drops

I'll take me some Voyager. I never got into DS9, I think I always flipped the channel to it, saw the Ferengi and kept going. The most annoying species in the known universe. I might give it a chance if it comes out on blu ray.

The "Title Song" destroyed for me the whole show - so "Enterprise" wasnt for me Star Trek and so I never watched it.

@ Tom Servo?

Ferengi most annoying species in the universe and you managed seven seasons of Chakotay and Neelix on voyager?

I liked Voyager a lot as well but you guys are forgetting one of the reasons that show was so popular.

7 of 9 played by Jeri Ryan wow she was amazing and boosted the ratings right after she came in.

Yeah, Voyager was awesome. The cool thing about that series was they were totally on their own, no Starfleet, no going to a starbase whenever they need repairs or resupply. Captain Janeway kicked ass, and they had Jeri Ryan as the amazing 7 of 9, 'nuff said.

DS9 had the gorgeous Terry Farrell as Dax, who was totally sexy in a regular Starfleet uniform.
DS9 is my favorite alongside the original series. And the episode The Magnificent Ferengi is one of the most flat out fun and funniest episodes of any Star Trek.

Most annoying character is Wesley Crusher. I liked Quark and Chakotay and Neelix never bothered me.

I googled 10 most annoying characters in Star Trek and this popped up.
