Director of photography Emmanuel Lubezki has won the top prize at the 28th Annual ASC Awards for his contribution to Alfonso Cuarón's Gravity. The ceremony was held at the Hollywood & Highland Ray Dolby Ballroom in Los Angeles, California.
Gravity is the first 3D film to win the prestigious award. Lubezki previously won ASC Awards for Alfonso Cuarón's Children of Men and Terrence Malick's The Tree of Life.
