No Peter Weller interview? Does he think he is above this film now?

Still boggles my mind that Scream Factory is getting away with having this at $25 retail and yet: practically, for all intents and purposes, it's bare bones.

I haven't bought a title from them in a while, and this is why.

Didn't expect much features. As long as the sound and picture is good, I am excited! Plus decent cover artwork! Can't wait.

Might be worthwhile if it was a double feature blu-ray with Deepstar Six. I love Nia Peeples.

@Mr.Romo -- a 'Leviathan/Deepstar Six' double feature is an awesome and inspired idea! And, I love Amanda Pays.

Leviathan's a pretty hokey movie, fun, but hokey. It does have excellent sets, diving suit design (by way of Alien), and pretty good actors. Unfortunately, the silly handling of the horror and the poorly animated monsters, kinda ruin it.

I might get it, just for nostalgic purposes.

Hmm, we're getting closer...to that "other" undersea movie that came out around the same time as this one. I can almost smell it now.

uh, you mean Deepstar Six, or something else?....... No I think Mr. Cameron will be tweeking with that one for a few a more years to make it new and improved. Might come out the same time as Avatar 3.

@asabreed: I'd pay more for a quality rendering of the film than for a thousand extras any day. $25 is actually on the cheap side for a small distributor, like Shout - who puts more effort into their BDs than most studios, even the ones they botch.

The price will drop to around 15 I'm sure. In Canada we have it for 17.99, there's no way well end up getting it cheaper than the US. This type of package is Scream's cheapest release, no dvd and not a collectors edition.
