Amy Adams, Diane Lane, and Holly Hunter?

Sounds like a 40 year old white man's dream!

At least they threw in Gal Gadot for the younger guns!

Finish his belt, include the curl in his hair, and change the title of the movie and it's perfect!

I hope he has a better script to work with this time! Then I can fully embrace him as Superman.

Visually and tonally, it looks precisely like a continuation of what Man of Steel was: the opposite of fun.

Thumbs up for consistency, I guess.

So....Legendary's depiction of the DC-verse is STILL dark, rain-soaked, and 50 Shades of Gray, then? 9_9

Well, took them long enough to show us what FEW changes seem to have been done.

Me, I'm outta this. Will leave more hopeful audiences than I.

This project doesn't hold one bit of interest for me... I must have moved elsewhere.

Pirate King, pshaw... What is this "truth" and "American way" you speak of? We're all dark and shades of grey on the inside, there is no good and evil, it's all "relative", doncha know?
The real title of this should be "Superman Doesn't Need Batman, Why is He or Anyone Else for that Matter in It, since he makes them all Irrelevent?" Proud to be soon joining the hidden comment club. Badge of honor.

I don't like how this picture is similar to the ones released for the first one. But I agree, after many years of searching, they have finally found the true Superman- Mr. Cavill.

I noticed there's nothing about showing Batman. Probably a good idea since Affleck is going to suck as Batman.

I think the cast is perfect except for Lex Luthor and Batman. Jon Hamm would have made a way better Lex and anyone besides Ben would have made a better Batman

So is this like Superman's the muscle and Batman's the brains?
Its the only way I see these two needing each other
If its a battle between em unless batman knows about krptonite AND happens to have some around he doesn't stand a chance

So we gotta wait a few more months for a first look picture of Batman too?! And no doubt a few more months after that, possibly a trailer? If this was a Superman only film i would be excited, or even if it was Christian Bale as Batman in this, that would be most awesome as well. On the bright side though, at least theyre not giving this new Batman his own movie, i mean for the love of god, BEN FUCKING AFFLECK!!

It might be great or it might be awful, but please don't kill the movie before it gets even released. Fans and haters have been doing this more and more and it causes studios to not to want to invest in these expensive films and it also causes them to focus group them to death in order to please the masses.

Right on...sci-fi, and by extension comic book fans are the most anal and critical of their favorite genres to a point that nothing gets done.
