Taxi Driver and Dr. Strangelove Coming to Blu-ray

In an early announcement to retailers, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has revealed that they will bring Stanley Kubrick classic 'Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb' to Blu-ray on December 9th. Also revealed, the studio plans to bring the Robert De Niro classic 'Taxi Driver' on February 3rd, 2009. Additionally, Sony will bring the twisted film 'MirrorMask' to Blu-ray on December 9th. As these are all unofficial announcements no additional information is known at this time.

Taxi Driver is a must, but I think I'll just keep the DVD of Dr. Strangelove. I hardly watch it, and I think the lower resolution actually fits the feel of the movie. Is it sacreligeous to say that?
