Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has revealed the specs for the upcoming Blu-ray release of 'Resident Evil: Degeneration', due to hit store shelves this winter, day-and-date with the DVD release. This all-CGI film picks up seven years after the fall of Raccoon City. Video will be presented in 1.78:1 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack.
Sony has requested that the information previously posted be removed, as it has not be confirmed by the studio.
I think i just wet myself lol I am really excited about this Blu release at least Capcom and SONY worked together on this movie so it will be part of the Resident Evil storyline. and i agree with Shin-Ra it should have a demo of RE5 that would piss XBOX losers off so bad
What's going on with this "...due to hit store shelves this winter, day-and-date with the DVD release" crap? Am I supposed to go look up the release date of the DVD now to figure out when the BD will be released? Is that how this site says "we don't know the release date yet" or what? This is the second or third time I have seen that phrase now and everytime I think to myself, why don't they just put the release date in there so we know when it's coming out. Why would I want to look up the DVD release date? I don't get it.
