I had read rumors before of a December 9th date so this right there and just in time for the holidays. Dark Knight made over $500MIL domestically at the box office and I imagine it'll move a ton of DVDs and BDs in mid December.
This will be a pre-order for me! |

This better be Warner's best work on Blu-ray. Must have lossless audio, and dual-layer disc for best video transfer possible. Even bonus features must be treated properly with everything in 1080p. I know I am speaking for everyone since this movie deserves it ALL. |

BluGamer, why would you want lossy audio for TDK? I want LOSSLESS audio for sure not anything lower. |

LOL.. yeah.. was typing fast, sorry. After seeing Warner double dipping Blu-ray discs already, we can only hope for best transfer. =( It would piss me off though if they screw up TDK. |

I'm surprised that this is not given a date before black Friday. Sales will be huge, but they will be even greater the further this is from Christmas. Perhaps this is just selfish talk because I don't want to wait until Dec. 16th to watch this. One thing I know for sure, this is not going to be a Christmas gift, because I'm getting it on release and watching it that evening! |

The six minute preview of The Dark Knight on the Batman Begins Blu-ray is amazing. I'm sure they will release it as good as this preview. |

I do believe that was the date I picked 2 months ago for it to come out on bluray. I picked it before it was in theaters I believe.... |

All I can say is, WOOOOO HOOOOO! Bring it on! This is the title I am most anticipating for Blu ray. I like others hope they do it justice and pack it full of goodies. |

Well, yet another movie I did not get out to see, SIGH! I'll just have to add it to my Chrimahankwanzasolstice wish list. I've heard a lot of good things about this movie, and saw "Batman Begins" in the theaters, and loved it! I could afford to get this myself, but not to get all the Blu-rays I want coming out in November and December, so that's as good a reason as any to start a wish list, in case any family of friends ask what I want/need this year.
Kanpai!!!
