Boondock Saints Coming to Blu-ray

In an early announcement to retailers, Fox Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the cult action film 'The Boondock Saints' to Blu-ray on January 13th. While this film only hit five theaters during its theatrical release, it become a home video smash as fans loudly praised the story of Irish twins who go on a crusade to rid Boston of crime.
As this is an unofficial announcement, no technical specs have been announced at this time. Though, you can expect the typical 1080p AVC video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack treatment from Fox. No supplemental material has been announced at this time.

That's such good news. This is a fantastic movie. Shame the Weinsteins shut the doors of Hollywood on the director - a sequel would have been great. |

FIANLLY I own 4 different copies of this on DVD. This is one of my top 3 favorite movies of all time. Will definitely be buying this. |
