Seems very comprehensive. Loving the attention paid to the first two. I hope there will be a nice set of the 3 of them. I may even watch the third one again. I'll still wish that Singer had completed the Trilogy though.

This is how most Blu-Ray discs should be done. As much as I love the PQ I have to admit that I'm not really into extras or most commentaries, but knowing that this format has the potential for so much stuff to be crammed in....I think studios need to get off their asses and take note of this set and other movies that have given us movie freaks our money's worth.

I guess Fox wanted to make all 3 movies with the same audio specs, hence the downgrade to 5.1 for X3. Not that big of a deal people, 6.1 is only one speaker more. You can always upconvert if you're one of the very fortunate people who actually has a system that's better than 5.1.

Minimejer05: It isn't too expensive. The Bourne Trilogy has 6 discs less than the X-Men set and it's $10 more expensive. This is a steal.

When are these studios going to get off of their lazy ***'* and give us 7.1 DTSMA. Blu-ray promo's have been bragging about this for almost 3 years now! "7.1 lossless high definition sound".....IF you can find it? What are there like 12 movies out right now that have this?.........UUUUUUGHH!

I'm very excited about this and will buy it as soon as I can! Also wanted to add that I watched X3 on TV 2 months ago and liked it a lot more than I did the first time. Of course it had been a while since I'd seen any of them and I may again be dissapointed after re-watching the solid first 2 (X2 is still my favorite superhero movie). Saw a preview for the new Wolverine on Monday that looked pretty bad-ass as well!

Very Nice! To answer Afrobean's question the only feature missing that was on a previous release, that I can see, is the trivia track from the X-men 3 blu-ray. Other than that these have all the previous features and then some. A definite buy

This is defiantly going to be a must-have for me, but unless the trilogy box-set has something special, I would buy the seperate disks as X-Men Origins: Wolverine should be on blu-ray by christmas. Also, what does everyone think the "HD Marvel Universe Trailers" are going to be. Releasing ALL Marvel films on blu-ray?

1st and 2nd are must buys!! Gonna have to pass on #3 though. Watched it once on DVD and was majorly disappointed. It was a mess. Have no interest to even try to watch again. Not even worth buying the trilogy just to say I bought the trilogy.

drn, that's fantastic news. I've got a boxset of them on DVD, so knowing that, I know I'll be able to drop the old set off the face of the earth once I pick this thing up.

Unlike a certain other Marvel-based movie trilogy I own on BD/DVD... Just glad to see them actually giving us the extras, not slamming us with barebones planning for a re-re-re-release later on.
