Following yesterday's announcement, Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring 'Seabiscuit' and 'Inside Man' to Blu-ray. These titles, which will be presented in 1080p VC-1 accompanied by 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtracks, will join 'Children of Men', 'Field of Dreams', and 'Cinderella Man' for release on May 26th.
These titles have previously been released on the now defunct HD DVD format. Extras for these releases include:
Seabiscuit
Feature Commentary with Director Gary Ross and Filmmaker Steven Soderbergh
Bringing the Legend to Life: The Making of Seabiscuit
Anatomy of a Movie Moment
Seabiscuit: Racing Through History
Photo Finish: Jeff Bridges' On the Set Photographs
Thats cool, those are all good movies! ^^^ yeah I'd like to trade out my HD DVD copies of The Big
Leboski & Somkin Aces along with MANY (20 or so) others from Universal. This is good though, there
working on it!
SEABISCUIT!!! Yeah! I love me some Jeff Bridges. The special features on this set make for an excellent time capsule. With the economy as it is now, America sure could use another Seabiscuit-type mascot to root for.
This is great news! I love Inside Man and coincidentally just watched my DVD copy about a week ago and shook my head the whole time wishing it was in Blu.
