Terminator Salvation Gets November Date in UK

 The UK branch of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced and detailed the release of 'Terminator Salvation' for November 23, day-and-date with the DVD. Note that this is a Warner release in the US but the home video rights in Europe belong to Sony. Video will be 2.39:1 AVC, accompanied by a multichannel lossless audio track.
Special features include:
- “Re-Forging the Future” – Go behind the scenes of Terminator Salvation with an exclusive set tour.
- “The Moto-Terminator” - See how the Terminator Salvation visual effects crew and Ducati partnered to create the slick and deadly Moto-Terminator.
- Maximum Movie Mode featuring director McG deconstructing the film's key moments.
- PiP commentary with cast and crew interviews, storyboards, still galleries, timeline and more!
- 11 mini featurette focus points spotlighting how the ground-breaking special effects were created.
- BD-Live:
- “Resist Or Be Terminated” Tech Com videos (nine viral videos from the theatrical campaign and four new videos from the Home Entertainment campaign)
- “The Final Resistance” video – access the secret plans of Skynet
- CINECHAT – BD-Live technology that lets viewers around the world chat live about this, or any other CINECHAT enabled BD disc, from Sony Pictures International Home Entertainment

@LeBourge Wait and see with the sony release. I know most of sony new releases in the US are region locked but compaired to the UK most new UK new releases from sony have not been locked. |

Yea Warner Brothers...where's the US release??? I really enjoyed this. I was hoping for atleast a
cameo by Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) even though she allegedly died in T3. There were sure
alot of references to her in the film though.....the tape with her voice, the original photo from T1,
etc.
Linda Hamilton always added alot to the previous films. She is my favorite character in the
Terminator franchise. |

I might get this if there is an R rated directers cut. No PG-13 Terminator movie will ever enter my collection. |

I like what I saw of this movie, but I just didn't feel like I got the entire movie. I'm holding out for an extend version. They cut so much out of this movie and it was really obvious (there is meant to be up to 40 minutes of deleted scenes). No extended version means no purchase for me. |

The fact that the director has pretty much confirmed there'll be an extended edition means I'll probablys not be picking this one up. Though it is tempting.. |
