MGM Is Back with Jeepers Creepers 2

MGM will be releasing 'Jeepers Creepers 2' for Blu-ray on September 11th, according to The Digital Bits. No specs have been announced at this time. As you may recall, MGM (along with their distributor 20th Century Fox) have been on Blu-ray hiatus since AACS was cracked many months ago. It now appears Fox is ready to get back in the game.
According to the Bits, Fox commented that they will be back soon and "in a big way". The forth quarter will be a huge push by Blu-ray studios, and it appears Fox is getting back in at the right time.

All right! MGM is one of my favorite studios. Let's keep up the amazing efforts and hope for a Stargate release soon. |

I am glad to see that FOX is getting back into the game. Now all they need to do is announce releases of their own. |

I think that both MGM and FOX are working to include BD+ and BD-J in all future offereings. September-October time frame looks like the time period both of them will make a tons of announcements. Fox may make a major launch like they did in France by announcing 22 titles all at once to kick off a holiday season. |

I think they put out that title possibly to see if it can be cracked (test BD+, & new AACS keys?). Who knows, I do care that they are atleast getting back on board and doing new releases. |

glad to see that FOX has finally gotten back on the horse. Now in that coming back soon "in a big way", I want to see the Die hards, transformers, simpsons, all the titles that were postponed months ago....you know they should just announce everything in the catalog to be released this fall!!!! Oh and most importantly, a price tag lower than 39.00!!!!! |

Yeah, this is great and all but MGM and Fox need to step it up. They have totally backed off of releases, and none of the early FOX/MGM titles left me satisfied. |
