Inglourious Basterds Blu-ray Announced and Detailed

Universal Studios Home Entertainment has officially announced 'Inglourious Basterds' for release on Blu-ray on December 15, day-and-date with the DVD. As expected, edition details are virtually identical to those on the UK release, with the addition of BD-Live, and a Digital Copy of the movie. Audio will be DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1.
Special features include:
- Extended & Alternate Scenes
- Nation's Pride - The film within the film Inglourious Basterds can be seen it its entirety
- Roundtable Discussion with Quentin Tarantino, Brad Pitt and film historian/critic Elvis Mitchell
- The Making of Nation's Pride
- The Original Inglorious Bastards - a salute to the original 1978 film
- A Conversation with veteran actor Rod Taylor
- Rod Taylor on Victoria Bitters, the Australian beer
- Quentin Tarantino's Camera Angel
- Hi Sallys - Gag Reel

I absolutely loved this movie.
I can't believe Diane Kruger let Tarantino squeeze in another foot scene!!!

Saw it twice and it was even better the second time. Absolute masterpiece. I love the replay value of Tarantino's movies. It makes the purchasing decision a no-brainer. |

I think I like Pulp Fiction, the Kills Bills and Reservoir Dogs better but still a solid film. |

This movie is arguably the best of Tarantino only next to Pulp Fiction IMO. Absolutely loved it and wil be my first day 1 purchase !! |

Come on guys no way was this better than pulp fiction,Res dogs or even jackie brown!!!!!. It was better than both kill bills and the average death proof so comes in the middle ranking of tarantino films but wasn't a masterpiece. The thing that really bugged me was the fact the film couldnt make out what it wanted to be?..one minute serious in tone..the next funny..the next outrageuos and campy! still i enjoyed it and will get it for christoph waltzs amazing performance. That opening scene was genius! |

Wow, this is going to be a great BD! First day buy for me & for the others I've read on here  I'm so glad this movie wasn't a letdown at all! I can't wait, QT pulls out another great one. |
