Jennifer's Body BD Coming Up

According to early retail information, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will release the Megan Fox vehicle 'Jennifer's Body' on Blu-ray on December 29, day-and-date with the DVD. No edition details are available apart from it being a two-disc edition, but the BD is rumored to include an unrated cut.
Written by Diablo Cody of 'Juno' fame, 'Jennifer's Body' was expected to be a big hit among younger males thanks to Fox's draw and especially her highly-publicized lesbian kiss scene with Amanda Seyfried. However, the movie underperformed when it opened in September.

The film was maybe treated a little more harshly than deserved. For its genre and intent it wasn't bad.
Horror films are often ripped by critics + some were lining up to take pot shots at Diablo Cody after the success of Juno.
It's not a great film by any means-- 6.5-7.0/10 but it's not a bad fun diversion. |

Saw this in theater was a pretty good guilty pleasure horror flick.. get off your high horse and have a little fun ...will pick this fun little movie up for the collection. |

Saw this in theatres and was disappointed. It's an okay film I guess but doesn't warrant a purchase by any means. To those thinking of blind-buying, I recommend renting first... |

I saw this movie in the theater and I can honestly say that I was very tempted to leave during it. Yes, it was that bad! I've never experienced that in a movie theater setting before and I consider myself a movie hound. Oh well, to each their own.... |

I have to shout out this to everyone interested in maybe blind buying this movie. The simple answer to do it or not is DON'T. This movie was complete garbage. It had a terrible plot and Megan Fox can't handle a movie on her own. Definitely a terrible actress. |
