Is the FYE Steelbook going to be for Blu Ray or just for DVD? There was all kind of confusion when Best Buy showed a Steelbook for Clone Wars: Movie, but that wound up only being DVD. |

Damn, I thought if it was listed on here, then the SteelBook was going to be a Blu-ray. |

jk1138: "ok who has the regular BD case edition?"
I'm sure Amazon will. Additionally, Best Buy's set will likely just be the standard Blu-Ray packaging put inside a bigger box to include the bonus pins (similar to their Green Lantern: First Flight exclusive).... though I don't know that for a fact.
More oftne than not, retailer exclusives are a limited thing, and they get some "regular" copies in addition to their exclusive version. |

Wow, shocker, I don't care about any of this stuff. Eh, who cares, I'll be fine with just the movie itself. |

Just the regular one for me. Don't care about gift sets. Nice for those who do I guess. |

Anyone know if the Target-exclusive Enterprise packaging also has a standard blu-ray case in there as well? |

Ooo - tough call between the nerd appeal of the BB badges and the nice packaging appeal of the FS steelbook... |

I'm so there for the USA Target Excl. Enterprise model w/ removable saucer sect. that houses the 3 Blu-Ray discs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But there lies the madness that is the limited supplies of both dvd 2 disc and 3 disc BD sets....and trying to score an in-store copy day one! I recall the BS I had to deal with w/ the Target Excl. 3 disc Wizard of Oz! I looked online and NO PREODER for this on Target.com!
No price listed I can find either. The box looks like it holds the model intact, whereas the Canadian Best Buy version says some assembly required.
No clue if a hardcase is supplied or discs are just put in plain sleeve. Which means no case artwork either most likely.
I'm guessing this model bumps the price from 22.99 to 29.99.
I guess I'll be on the phone EARLY Nov. 17th in the AM calling round to get a store person to hold one for me!!!! |

I spoke with FYE here in Cincinnati and was assured the steelbook offer was for ANY version of the movie you wanted. He said they were being sent the total number pre-ordered PLUS 10. So pre-order sounds like the way to go to be guaranteed. |

I wish I didn't have to rely on Futureshop for the BD Steelbook. |
