First Look Studios has announced that it will release 'Triangle' on Blu-ray on February 2, 2010. This Bermuda-triangle shipborne horror movie, starring Melissa George ('30 Days of Night') premiered at Film4 Frightfest and Screamfest festivals, but didn't enjoy a theatrical release. It will initially be presented in limited-edition lenticular packaging.
I had seen this movie in a Halloween marathon in cinema. It's a really good and somewhat disturbing movie. Definantly looking forward to the release. Hope it does the movie justice.
I saw this in the cinema in the UK.... It's one of the best films of 2009. I can't believe it's going straight to DVD in the States. Although it is a difficult film to market. Don't judge it by the trailer!
For some reason, when I first read the title and before I read the rest of the info, I thought that there was going to be a Blu-Ray disc in the shape of a triangle (rather than the usual circular shape) coming out early next year.
I was thinking "how the hell is that going to work?"
Well worth seeing. By the director of Creep and Severance (both of which I'd buy on decent Blus if issued) but a bit more of a Twilight Zone feel than those two
