Sony Announces Bright Star for Blu-ray Release (Update)

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring 'Bright Star' to Blu-ray on January 19th. Technical specs have not been announced at this time, though you can expect to see a 1080p AVC video presentation accompanied by a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. Special features have also not been announced at this time. Update: Sony has informed us that this release has been canceled.

Bright Star's cinematography was absolutely beautiful - let's hope this is just a delay.
