Amazon Black Friday Week BD Lightning Deal Schedule

Amazon has published a deal calendar revealing its Blu-ray "lightning
deals" that will come up during this week. It's unusual that the web retail
giant details such special offers in advance, even when there is a themed
week for deals of the day and lightning deals. This tactic is apparently
aimed at getting customers to shop from home rather than brave the
crowds at the bricks-and-mortar stores.
Apart from the lightning deals, during the week Amazon is offering some titles with up to 75% off.
Additionally, Amazon claims to be "searching for the best Black Friday deals
everywhere –including deals other stores have planned– so we can meet
or beat their prices and bring them to you even earlier."
These are the scheduled BD-related lightning deals:
Monday, November 23:
Tuesday, November 24:
Nothing on Blu-ray listed.
Wednesday, November 25:
Thursday, November 26:
Friday, November 27:
Thanks to forum member "blowray".

Im new to this site. With the Black Friday Amazon deals, does anyone know if you have to just add them to cart and they will stay that price after the deal has expired, or will they revert back to whatever price Amazon has them set at? Id def like Wolverine, but i would also like Transformers, Mad Men, and Monsters Vs. Aliens. But they are all on different days, and id rather not place 3 different orders and pay shipping 3 times lol.
Hopefully i can add Wolverine on Monday for the sale price, Transformers on Thurs and the other 2 on Friday and they are all still the sale price. Any info on this question would be greatly appreciated! |

amazon is offering the free trial for 30 days on amazon prime. just sign up for the 30 trial and get 2 days shipping for free for thirty days and order the movies you want when they are available to buy at the sale price. after friday, or within the 30 days, you can cancel the free trial and not pay the $79 for the year of amazon prime |

If anyone is a Reward Zone Premier Silver member, today between noon and midnight cst, you can order X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Fast & Furious, and Monsters VS Aliens for 9.99. It's a better deal since all the good blu-rays are broken up on different days on amazon, and I don't have Prime. Just thought I would throw that out there. |

clawfrombelow beat me to this - Amazon is merely competing with Best Buy's current sale today and this week with the same pricing, but for Reward Zone Premier Silver Members only.
Great deal for us members, but it's a pain in the ass having to spend at least $1500 a year there to maintain Premier Silver status. |

Born2BeBlu or clawfrombelow, I am a rewards zone premier silver member but did not see this anywhere else. Is the noon time mentioned CST or EST and how do you go about buying the movies at that price? |

The Wolverine special will be from 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM EST beginning today. Grubert made an important point: The purchase must be completed by the end of 12 AM PST / 3 AM EST tomorrow morning. You snooze, you lose. Not an ideal time to have the sale if you ask me...obviously, Amazon did not ;-P |

@rogone
The premier silver event is from noon CST to midnight CST.
http://www.bestbuy.com/rzspecial2009 is the site with the deals for today. If for some reason that doesn't work, the premier number that you order at is 1-866-RZ-PREMR (1-866-797-7367) |
