dslhater- It's a job. It pays the bills. She also might have been having a bad day. From what I have see, she is a "reserved" person. She is an excellent actress as well. Sopranos, Oz, Nurse Jackie, etc.

I love Nurse Jackie and I hope it continues. A great show!

Sorry Vicon, but I disagree with you that it is just a job. When an actor or actress puts a half ass effort into a movie or TV show it shows. Those movies and TV shows ultimately fail. Back on topic, I am glad more things are being released to Blu.

Awesome to hear from so many experts who either haven't seen a minute of the show, believe Edie Falco to be half-assing it due to a Regis appearance, or dislike it because of her fictional character's life choices. Honestly... do you people understand how unintentionally hilarious you are?

Nurse Jackie is excellent. One of the finest dramas of last year, and a day one purchase even though I caught it all on Showtime. Great news.

For what it's worth, shortly before this show premiered on Showtime, I watched Edie on several talk shows and she was enthusiastic about the show and noticeably proud of her work in it. Maybe she got tired of ignorant people like Regis asking her to justify her fictional character's morality. There is a lot more to the show than that. For those who have a problem with her character's cheating they can go watch Father Knows Best or The Flying nun instead.

My wife really likes this show, we missed alot of episodes on the TV showing so i'll be picking this up for her, I liked what i saw of it and Edie Falco is a great actress, did i mention i miss Saprano's?. anyway i bought the entire boxed DVD collection to watch over and look forward to this on blu-ray, i also bought Californication & Dexter on DVD but would prefer blu-ray if they come out in a boxed set.
