  Amazon's Gold Box deal-of-the-day is a special offer on the HBO miniseries
'Band
of Brothers', which only today can be
bought on Blu-ray for just $39.99, or 60% off MSRP. The price history for
this title shows that this is the lowest it has been since February 2009
(although it was also heavily discounted in July-August).

The Costco deal starts Friday, 12/18 and is yes, $29.99. Granted we don't all have access to a Costco. And $32 shipped from Amazon UK is so easy and tempting! |

This was the worst timing of ANY movie I've ever bought. Been keeping an eye on it for my brother for a while, saw that Amazon was still sticking to $57, so I bought it for $50 total off ebay, just to get an email from here like 5 hours after I paid that now Amazon has it for $10 cheaper than that.
Worst. Timing. Ever.
