Amelia Blu-ray Gets Detailed

  20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced the technical specs and special features for the upcoming Blu-ray release of 'Amelia', which is scheduled for released on February 2nd. For this release, video will be presented in 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack.
Special features for this release include:
- Deleted scenes
- Making Amelia
- The Power of Amelia Earhart
- The Plane Behind the Legend
- Re-constructing the Planes of Amelia
- Movietone News
- Digital Copy

It was in theaters the end of October through the first of December. It got a lot of negative reviews (21% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes) and was only in 1000 theaters in its widest release (according to Box Office Mojo.) I noticed it was slated as an Oscar contender until the bad reviews came rolling in, and then the advertising for it quickly dried up. |

I'm still gonna watch it even given the bad hype. There's a chance it will be entertaining. Hopefully those historical-based special features are nice since there's a chance they might be more engaging than the film itself. |

Amy Adams should have played Amelia, just like she did in Night at the Museum 2. She was stunning in that role  I'll have a hard time seeing Swank as Amelia after that performance... |

Well, I think I'll pass... Films have to stay in theaters longer then then that. and they need to grab my attion. I do like swank though...hmmm
